Issue: Unable to upload receipt to Certify, due to incorrect image format.
iPhone images are saved as HEIC (High Efficiency Image) files. To change the default image format to a compatible JPEG file, follow the steps below:
STEP 1 Within the Settings menu, select Camera | STEP 2 Select Formats | STEP 3 Select Most Compatible |
